Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Course Description

Yin Yoga teacher training will help you slow down with ease and bring a deeper understanding to all of your other yoga practices.

This Yin training program will immerse you in contemplation, new insights and the relationship between Yin and Yang beyond the classroom.

You'll learn about the yin/yang philosophy, meridian theory, skeletal variation (which makes sure you understand anatomical considerations), inclusion of all body types and have knowledge of at least three variations of each yin posture. You’ll get a full education in the type of breath for yin, chill cueing style, yin for pregnancy, holding space and many guided meditations used in this quiet practice.

The awareness that you will cultivate from this style of yoga, will inform any other yoga & meditation practices that you currently do. Yin is an exercise that will reveal how to find your center among the busyness of life.

Currently offered bi-yearly at YYoga
