Emotional Resiliency Teacher Training
Course Description
This training will help you master the art of relationship with yourself and others through emotional intelligence and regulation. You will learn to let energy run through your body and to allow yourself to fully experience your core emotions, without avoidance or resistance as you move towards an openhearted state of calm and connection.
Rather than suppress or misplace them, we will learn to let noble emotions direct our lives towards union and harmony. This training will deepen your relationship to self, others, and the divine. You will learn to engage, yet understand enmeshment and attachment – to be involved without being disconnected.
