Course Description

The Art of Assisting is a multi-disciplinary approach to enhancing your teaching practice. There are seven types of assisting from physical assists to verbal, energetic and demonstrative.


This program is Trauma-informed, teaches you how to apply the uniqueness of diverse bodies, (skeletal variation) and offers various lineages and theories.


For anyone who has started teaching, one thing becomes clear, how do I assist so that I enhance the students’ experience? An assisting program is an essential tool for yoga teachers to truly support and offer value-added teaching.


Assisting can be done verbally, physically, energetically, and always with great respect. Deepen your knowledge of anatomy and learn the Biotensegrity model of holistic science.

*200 hour yoga teacher training is not a prerequisite
